As Senior AI Architect, you will serve as the firm's senior technical authority for enterprise-grade AI and Copilot ecosystems. You will translate ambitious concepts into secure, production-ready deployments within a regulated legal environment. You will set architectural direction to scale AI initiatives from PoCs to integral rollouts, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reusable patterns and governance across Microsoft AI platforms. This role offers a chance to shape how AI enables legal services at scale, with a strong focus on security, explainability, and operational readiness.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Lead AI solution architecture from concept to production, establishing reusable patterns for RAG and agentic AI
• Own Azure AI Foundry architecture, designing agentic workflows, prompt strategies, and model evaluation frameworks
• Translate business requirements into secure, governed architectures aligned with firm policies
• Architect and govern solutions across Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Document Intelligence
• Oversee frontend/UI development for AI-driven interfaces and dashboards with modern frameworks
• Guide design and implementation of custom AI agents, Power Automate flows,



and complex API connectors
• Define environment configuration, permissions, and dependencies across Dataverse and SharePoint Online
• Enable and govern AI-assisted code generation tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) within governance and compliance standards
• Shape Responsible AI frameworks focusing on explainability, data residency, and ethical use
• Partner with Risk and Compliance to support enterprise approvals, audits, and security reviews
• Ensure AI solutions are operationally ready and provide final escalation for critical technical risks
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Computer Science
• Advanced certifications in Azure Solutions Architecture or AI Engineering preferred
• Extensive enterprise-architecture xqbhyrx experience with Azure AI Foundry for agent development, workflows, and model access management
• Experience integrating AI into web applications using React or Angular
• Strong full-stack fluency with Python, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), CSS/SCSS
• Proficient in Microsoft ecosystem: Copilot Studio, Power Platform (Power Automate, Dataverse), SharePoint Online
• Expert in authentication and security (SAML, OAuth, identity management, secure API integration)
• Demonstrated SDLC leadership and delivery of high‑visibility AI initiatives
• Experience in legally regulated environments with confidentiality and data protection awareness
