In this role you will drive revenue growth and expand Fever’s client pipeline across agency and direct channels. You’ll lead high-value pitches, manage briefs end-to-end, and coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver immersive campaigns. You will help elevate Fever’s brand and shape global campaigns with top brands and agencies. This position offers a chance to impact how live experiences connect audiences worldwide.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Generate and build long-term relationships with key agency and direct clients
• Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding quarterly sales goals
• Coordinate internal resources to build compelling experiential responses and campaign pitches
• Manage client briefs from discovery through delivery of campaign work
• Attend and lead high-value client pitches and organize client entertainment initiatives




• Collaborate with internal departments to continuously optimize the Brand Partnerships offering
• Identify emerging trends in social media and entertainment to articulate strategic opportunities to clients
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience in publisher sales, experiential sales, or brand partnerships
• Strong ability to think creatively and make data-driven sales decisions
• Proven track record building direct client and agency contacts (e.g., Publicis, Mindshare, Havas)
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for proposals xqbhyrx and client meetings
• Entrepreneurial can-do attitude and self-starter who thrives in ambiguity
• Ability to craft slide decks and written pitch materials
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Based in Madrid or willing to relocate
