In this role you drive the land strategy, underwriting and leasing for Spain within Marq Logistics, shaping the development pipeline and profitability. You will work closely with Investment, Asset Management and the local leadership to execute land acquisitions, viability studies and complex negotiations. You’ll influence strategy with market insights and deliver on financial targets while ensuring regulatory compliance. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with broad visibility and strategic impact in a growing logistics platform.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define and execute land acquisition and control strategy for Spain
• Underwrite, acquire and manage land positions in core markets aligned to the business plan
• Lead viability studies with budgets and external advisers
• Assess feasibility, master plans, costs, programme and risks
• Underwrite financials (IRR, MoC, margin, stabilised yield) to target returns
• Develop business cases using market data; monitor macro dynamics to inform strategy
• Manage key-account relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Lead commercial negotiations including build-to-suit and leasing
• Monitor deal performance against underwriting; manage lease renewals




• Deliver reporting for MD and Core Support; support Investment Committee memos
• Collaborate with Madrid technical team, European colleagues and Portfolio Management
• Execute leasing and marketing activities; generate cross-selling opportunities
• Coordinate communications with internal and external stakeholders
Responsabilidades
• Relevant undergraduate degree
• 5 to 10 years' post-qualification property/development experience in brokerage, development, investment or property finance
• Strong knowledge of the Spanish industrial and logistics market
• Commercial awareness and relationship-building skills xqbhyrx
• Ability to identify and originate new business opportunities
• Commercial mindset focused on value creation and long-term relationships
• Knowledge of leasing, land acquisition, development and disposal processes
• Understanding of legal processes for transactions and leases
• Knowledge of real estate marketing strategies and asset launches
• Customer-centric approach to asset visibility and reputation
• Organisation, management and delegation skills
• Understanding of the entire development and construction process
• Fluent English for international communications
