In this Medical Affairs internship, you will support the medical team to align on strategic priorities at local and regional levels, delivering high-quality scientific data and insights. You will coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure timely project delivery and robust stakeholder engagement. The role includes supporting medical communications, publications, and multichannel CME initiatives, while helping manage budgets and vendor relationships. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape medical projects within Biogen’s mission to deliver life-changing medicines.

• Support Integrated Product strategy by coordinating medical projects and ensuring plan execution
• Understand project roles, assign tasks, and proactively manage workload to meet objectives and timelines
• Assist in creating project deliverables and managing internal/external stakeholder relationships
• Track monthly changes to project status and maintain cross-functional communication
• Act as liaison between internal departments,



vendors, and Field Medical Team; manage ESE tool and bidding processes
• Participate in regular updates to cross-functional teams
• Support MM with budget oversight related to the product
• Coordinate Field Medical insights and metrics analysis
• Assist in Medical Communications Plan: external materials for MSLs, manage Veeva Vault InScite, publications and congress communications, CME multichannel strategy
• Handle other related duties as assigned
Responsabilidades
• Excellent communication xqbhyrx skills and proficiency with MS Office; ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Good English and Spanish language skills (written and spoken)
• Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to interpret health industry regulations and procedures
• Autonomy and adaptability to change
• Familiarity with biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry preferred
• Project management experience
