In this Director role within CMAA Spain, you will lead complex accounting advisory and transaction-related engagements for corporate and private equity clients, shaping the practice's growth. You will manage senior stakeholder relationships and mentor junior professionals, while driving business development across cross-functional teams. You will oversee project delivery, ensure quality, timelines, and profitability, and challenge technical accounting conclusions. This position offers high visibility in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with the opportunity to contribute to the expansion of Au0026amp;M's CMAA platform in Spain.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Lead complex accounting advisory and transaction-related engagements for corporates and private equity clients
• Advise CFOs and finance leadership on transaction accounting, carve-outs, IPO readiness, financial reporting, and finance transformation
• Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring delivery quality, timelines, and profitability
• Review technical accounting analyses and client deliverables to ensure robust conclusions
• Develop and maintain senior-level client relationships as a trusted advisor




• Collaborate with senior leadership across Au0026M practices to pursue cross-functional opportunities
• Support and lead business development including proposals, pitches, networking, and market positioning
• Coach and mentor junior team members and foster a high-performance, collaborative culture
• Contribute to strategic growth and expansion of the Spain CMAA platform
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• 8+ years of relevant experience in a Big 4 accounting advisory, transaction services, or consulting environment
• Deep expertise in IFRS and transaction-related xqbhyrx accounting matters
• Significant experience advising on carve-outs, IPO readiness, transaction accounting, and finance transformation
• CPA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred
• Proven ability to manage senior client relationships and lead complex engagements
• Strong commercial acumen and business development capabilities
• Excellent project management and leadership skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, growth-oriented environment
