For one of our top clients in Barcelona, we are looking for a ServiceNow CMDB Coordinator to join a long–term project focused on CMDB governance, data quality improvement, and ServiceNow optimization .

Responsibilities

-

- Own and manage the Configuration Management process aligned with ITIL best practices

- Oversee and improve CMDB data quality (KPIs, audits, remediation initiatives)

- Manage and optimize ServiceNow CMDB, including Discovery and Service Mapping

- Coordinate with infrastructure, application, and cloud teams to ensure accurate CI management

- Drive continuous improvements and automation to enhance CMDB reliability and value

Required Skills

-

- Proven experience in CMDB implementation and Configuration Management

- Strong hands‑on experience with ServiceNow CMDB,



Discovery, and Service Mapping

- Experience in data governance and data quality management (KPIs, audits, remediation)

- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud, applications)

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Fluent in English

Nice to Have

-

- ServiceNow xqbhyrx certifications

- Experience with CSDM (Common Service Data Model)

- Background in large‑scale CMDB transformation initiatives

- Experience in consulting or complex enterprise environments

Position Conditions

Location: Barcelona (Hybrid - 1-2 days/week in the office)
Start Date: 14th of September
Contract: Service contract (freelance)
