What This Position Offers

Real impact through data – You will help define and standardise operational KPIs that are actually used to make decisions around SLAs, capacity and productivity. Your work will directly influence how teams operate.

Is this a purely reporting role? – No. Reporting is part of the role, but the focus is on generating insights, supporting decision‑making and contributing to process improvements.

Will I have support to develop technically? – Yes. You’re not expected to know everything from day one. You’ll build on your SQL and Power BI knowledge while working closely with more experienced colleagues.

Is this more business or technical? – It’s a hybrid role. You’ll need to understand business processes while using data and tools to support analysis and performance tracking.

What Will Help You Succeed In This Role

- Experience (1–3 years) in analysis, operations or reporting – provides foundation to understand business needs and translate them into structured analysis and outputs.

- Working knowledge of SQL – use it to extract, reconcile and validate data; comfortable with joins and aggregations.

- Experience with Power BI or similar tools – maintain and improve dashboards, deliver value quickly.

- Structured thinking and attention to detail – work with KPIs, definitions and data validation, where consistency and accuracy are key.

- Interest in processes and continuous improvement – understanding how operations work helps identify inefficiencies and contribute to better solutions.





- Ability to communicate clearly with different stakeholders – interact with Operations and IT, explain data and insights simply.

Your mission is to support NN Spain Operations in improving performance and decision‑making by structuring data, defining clear KPIs and translating business needs into actionable insights and reliable reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and maintain standardised operational KPIs and a clear metrics framework to ensure consistent measurement across Operations.

- Analyze and report performance data using SQL and Power BI to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.

- Support operational reporting needs, including recurring performance tracking and finance‑related outputs, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

- Collaborate with Operations and IT to translate business requirements into data and reporting solutions.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by tracking outcomes, supporting analysis and helping document processes and changes.
