Join Autodesk’s Scaled Customer Success team to drive onboarding and adoption for a diverse, UKu0026amp;I–focused customer portfolio. You will help AEC firms achieve business outcomes through BIM, cloud solutions, and automation, collaborating with cross-functional partners to accelerate product usage. You’ll diagnose usage patterns and steer engagements that reduce churn and unlock expansion opportunities. This role offers high-impact work at scale within a culture that values collaboration, growth, and inclusion.

• Proactively engage a broad customer portfolio via outbound calls, emails, digital campaigns, and meetings
• Design and execute scalable onboarding and adoption plans to improve customer outcomes
• Monitor usage data and health indicators to inform targeted success efforts
• Identify at-risk accounts using discovery and consultative skills and guide them back to success




• Drive expansion by maximizing Autodesk value and suggesting workflow improvements
• Collaborate with Sales, Channel Partners, Support, and other stakeholders to reach milestones
Responsabilidades
• English in professional working proficiency
• Experience or education in Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) or related field
• Strong communication: relationship-building, empathy, active listening, influencing, negotiation, storytelling
• Time management, account management, business acumen, problem solving, data xqbhyrx analytics, strategic thinking, planning
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
• Experience delivering customer engagement at scale or via digital-first approaches (advantage)
• AI savviness is a plus
