As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their questions are answered and issues resolved efficiently. You will learn the operations, technology management, and on-demand mobility processes of Via, enabling you to provide on-demand support to customers and contribute to Via's and the team's goals.
Keep things running smoothly by offering first line support tough phone, email, and digital channels as needed.
Follow policies and regulations for the Flemish market.




Fluency in English and Flemish
Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using a CRM system and working in a digital environment.
Organized & Motivated: Even when busy, you stay organized and keep delivering quality service.
Start Date: ASAP.
Full-Time: 39 hours per week.
Working Hours: Monday to Sunday (Rotative days) from 06:00 to 15:00 or 07:00 to 16:00.
Working Model: Hybrid in Barcelona and Remote in Spain
Training: Full-Time Training for 5 days. Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 (Fully Paid). xqbhyrx
