At this moment, they are seeking a Contract Manager for their headquarters in Madrid. The selected candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive contractual management of large-scale EPC projects. This role requires leading complex contract negotiations, managing claims and amendments, and actively participating in alternative dispute resolution processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Full lifecycle management of contracts within EPC projects, from tendering through contract closure.
- Negotiation and drafting of contract amendments and project change management.
- Preparation and defense of contractual claims.
- Participation in arbitration, mediation, and conciliation proceedings. xqbhyrx
