Customer Service Representative (Spain)Role Description

As a Customer Service Representative for our entity in Spain, located in Barcelona, you will support our customers with professionalism throughout the entire process and play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Provide timely and accurate information on deliveries, stock levels, and backorders
- Collaborate with internal teams and product specialists to ensure smooth order processing
- Manage invoices, credit notes, and product returns efficiently and accurately
- Maintain data accuracy, proper documentation, and compliance with internal guidelines
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the onboarding of new team members

Your Profile




- Proven experience in a Customer Service or administrative role, preferably in an international environment
- Experienced with MS Office is a must, experience with Oracle is a plus
- Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate
- Fluent in Spanish paired with very good English skills is a requirement; both spoken/written xqbhyrx (English at least B2)
- Open-minded, communicative, and strongly customer-oriented personality, able to work efficiently under time pressure and changing demands
- Proactive, organized, solution-oriented and reliable way of working
