Seprotec Multilingual Solutions is looking for a skilled and motivated professional to join our team in Madrid as a Senior IT Specialist .

Responsibilities

-

- Manage and optimize IT infrastructure environments across on‑premises and cloud platforms.

- Administer and maintain Active Directory, identity management, and access control policies.

- Operate and enhance Microsoft 365 and Azure services, including identity and security configurations.

- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments.

- Provide support for infrastructure‑related issues and escalations.

- Execute infrastructure projects, including migrations, upgrades, and platform improvements.

- Manage and optimize virtualized environments.

- Support networking topics, including VPNs, firewalls, and connectivity troubleshooting.

- Maintain and improve technical documentation, operational procedures, and standards.

- Collaborate with international teams and external service providers.

Requirements

-

- Proven experience in system administration and infrastructure.

- Proficiency in English.





- Solid knowledge of Active Directory and identity & access management (IAM).

- Experience managing Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.

- Proven expertise in Windows Server administration.

- Understanding of IT security principles and access control frameworks.

- Experience supporting networking components (VPN, firewalls, connectivity).

- Experience working on infrastructure projects (migrations, upgrades, improvements).

- Ability to provide advanced technical support.

- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
