- You will be part of the design team working on projects throughout all phases

- You will manage relationships with collaborators (building services and structural engineers, etc.), clients, contractors, public authorities, and others

- You will take part in the site supervision phase

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for an architect with proven experience and demonstrable skills, with:

-

- Ability to work in a team and within a collaborative management environment

- Experience in drafting outline and detailed design projects

- Experience in site supervision will be considered an asset

- Strong interpersonal skills for dealing with clients, collaborators, contractors, public authorities, etc.





- Thorough knowledge of current and applicable regulations

- Problem-solving skills in a wide range of administrative procedures

- A creative profile with strong technical knowledge, well organised, independent, proactive, innovative and a good communicator

- Enthusiasm, empathy and a strong willingness to learn

- Good knowledge of Revit

- Willingness to travel
