Technical Project Manager
Responsibilities

-

- Drive the delivery of complex technical features across all platforms: Web, iOS, Android, and Windows.

- Collaborate closely with engineering teams and the Delivery Manager to refine strategy and technical roadmaps.

- Manage project lifecycles using a hybrid process (Scrum/Agile/Kanban) to balance creative freedom with predictable delivery.

- Bridge the gap between product vision and technical implementation, translating high‑level goals into clear, actionable technical requirements.

- Oversee projects involving AI and Machine Learning, helping the team navigate technical challenges in these domains.

- Facilitate communication within cross‑functional teams to identify dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure high‑quality releases.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Lead Engineer in a product‑driven company.

- Strong technical background (CS degree or equivalent) and the ability to communicate effectively with developers.

- Experience managing multi‑platform product development (Web, Mobile, Desktop).

- Deep understanding of various SDLC methodologies and the flexibility to adapt them to a creative team environment.

- Proactive problem‑solver with excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.

- Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and comfortable with the autonomy that comes with a custom‑built process.

- English level B2.

Nice to Have

- Hands‑on experience or deep theoretical knowledge in AI / ML.

- Knowledge of the Russian language.
