In this role you help design and scale AI infrastructure as part of ADP's Spark team, building reliable and secure platforms in AWS. You’ll work across engineering, product, data science, and platform teams to streamline deployment pipelines and governance for AI/ML systems. You will optimize costs with FinOps practices and strengthen developer experience through platform improvements. This is an opportunity to shape AI development and operations at general scale in a collaborative, innovative culture.

• Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, observability, and monitoring for AI/ML systems

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance developer experience and platform capabilities
• Contribute to technical best practices and knowledge sharing across the team
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
• Experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform xqbhyrx Engineering, or related area
• Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, ECS/EKS, SageMaker, Bedrock, CloudWatch)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Infrastructure as Code, and platform operations
• Familiarity with MLOps/AIOps practices, model deployment, observability, and LLM evaluation frameworks
• Strong communication skills in English
