In this role you will support the origination, analysis, structuring and execution of Project Finance transactions across sectors. You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders across the transaction lifecycle, from due diligence to closing. You will build and review financial models, assess risks, and help prepare credit materials for approval. This is an opportunity to shape financing for infrastructure and energy projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a values-driven, inclusive culture.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Support analysis, structuring and execution of Project Finance transactions
• Conduct financial, commercial and credit due diligence on new opportunities
• Review financial statements, financial models, market studies, engineering reports and legal documentation
• Build and analyse financial models to assess project viability and financing structures
• Analyse credit documentation,



financing terms and covenant packages
• Prepare credit applications, transaction summaries and risk assessments for approval committees
• Support transaction execution, including KYC, legal due diligence and closing processes
• Prepare client presentations, marketing materials and sector research
• Work closely with Credit, Legal, Compliance and Product teams to ensure successful transaction execution
Responsabilidades
• Experience in Project Finance, Structured Finance, Investment Banking, xqbhyrx Corporate Banking or Credit Analysis
• Experience supporting financing transactions and conducting financial and credit analysis
• Understanding of project finance structures and risk assessment
• Knowledge of financial modelling, cash flow analysis and credit fundamentals
• Familiarity with financing documentation and project-related contracts
• Exposure to infrastructure, energy, renewables or other project-financed sectors is an advantage
