Responsibilities
- Consolidate all cross-functional activities of the team (projects / Planning / Costs / Risks & Opps) per commodity.
- Set up and manage the governance as well as the calendar of the team's activities (Roadmap review, internal governance, Interaction SteerCo...).
- Support the deployment of the team dashboard and drive the pace of activities.
- Occasionally perform governance implementation for new projects including: meeting structure, project tracking system including key performance indicators and action tracking.
- Participate in the development of the roadmap and the annual plan for the evolution of purchasing strategies.
- Contribute to sourcing activities, manage tenders and contract negotiations in order to obtain the best purchasing conditions in accordance with the Company's requirements.
- Monitor the contract during the innovation, development,



production and support phases with suppliers and internal partners to ensure full application of the terms and conditions throughout its duration and guarantee that the deliverables provided by the service providers comply in all respects with the expected performance (logistics, support, quality, cost, etc.).
- Manage day-to-day supplier relationships and ongoing projects to maximize customer value, while minimizing TCO (total cost of ownership) and risk.
- Lead one or more Sub-MFT and participate in MFT/MDTs (multi-functional/multi-divisional teams) throughout the tendering, negotiation and contract execution phases.
- Contribute to the implementation of digital solutions.
- Comply with Airbus procedural documents.

Qualifications
- Diplôme équivalent à une maîtrise en gestion, gestion de projet, achats ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Expérience dans le domaine de l'approvisionnement, préférablement plus de 8 ans dans le domaine aéronautique (Procurement & SC – Buyer Aerospace – Medium / Senior).
- Connaissance contractuelle efficace et négociateur international avec une expérience commerciale et contractuelle éprouvée, ainsi qu'une connaissance juridique.
- Minimum 4 ans d’expérience dans la gestion des relations avec les fournisseurs et l'approvisionnement, ou expérience équivalente en gestion de parties prenantes externes.
- Niveau avancé d'anglais, connaissance pratique du français requis.
- Solides compétences relationnelles et gestion des parties prenantes : écoute, négociation.
- Gestion des conflits, communication et compétences interculturelles dans un contexte international.
- Capacité à être adaptable, pragmatique et à avoir un style de travail analytique tout en ayant une bonne attention aux détails.
- Bonne capacité à travailler de manière autonome au sein d'équipes internationales dans un environnement exigeant et en constante évolution.
