We are Accor, a leading worldwide hospitality and lifestyle company. As part of our Global Reservation Centre in Barcelona, we are seeking a Luxury Reservation Consultant to handle inbound booking calls, provide knowledgeable recommendations, reserve rooms and suites, and maximize revenue for our luxury brand hotels worldwide. The role requires excellent sales skills, guest engagement, and an understanding of our brand portfolio.

Responsibilities

- Respond to guest requests in an unscripted environment, using creativity and heart to guide conversations.

- Have authentic conversations while booking global travel experiences to luxury destinations.

- Share your knowledge and passion for hospitality, providing thoughtful recommendation for rooms and packages.

Qualifications

- Background in sales, customer service, hospitality or tourism; luxury travel experience is a plus.

- Native or proficiency in French and fluent in English (C1‑C2).

- Tech savvy; comfortable with computers and new software.

- Genuine passion for travel and hospitality.

- Active listening skills; ability to understand and respond to guests’ needs.

- Solid understanding of customer service principles and best practices.

- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.

- Eager to learn and develop professionally.

- Team player; collaborative and respectful in a diverse multicultural environment.

- Availability to start July 2026.

Location and Availability Requirements

Full‑time position based in Barcelona. Must be legally entitled to work full time in Spain. xqbhyrx The role offers a rotating weekly schedule with fixed days off.
