- Exploring and helping expand to new potential business opportunities in existing and new territories in Europe to look for new business avenues.

- Meeting customers to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions and strategies, meeting suppliers, subcontractors, consultants to enhance market presence.

- Attending exhibitions, shows and seminars look out for information for new enquires.

- Support tendering, engineering, estimation team, contractual and participate in the pre-bid, post bid and negotiation meetings.

- Coordinating with internal teams for technical, tendering, commercial, contracts and other internal aspects required related to winning the project.

- Gather market intelligence, customer networking, development of customer relationships, drive programs to generate opportunities & leads.

- Customer, consultant main contractor engagement to present a winning proposal along with tendering team.





- Engage with customers to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions and strategies.

- Ensure all the enquiries/Tenders are quoted properly & in time. Guide & check the solution.

- Protection of the interest of the organization.

- Follow up with the clients & consultants post tender to get details & work towards order booking.

Job-related Skills

-

- Bachelor's or Master's in a technical field of study is strong preferred (MBA is a plus)

- Ability to work independently and Min 50% travel.

- Ability to bridge technical know-how and customer relationships building across different levels.

- Collaborative leadership and business acumen.

- Ability to work in a cross functional and cross divisional team.

- Experience in developing sales strategies and performance metrics based on customer and market environment.

- High level of English & Spanish. xqbhyrx Portuguese and or Italian language skills is a plus.
