In this role you own end-to-end delivery of our most critical, complex products in a regulated healthcare environment. You’ll work closely with Product, Design and Engineering leadership to turn ambiguity into concrete, technically-grounded plans. You will operate at the intersection of architecture, data flows and releases, using AI to accelerate delivery and surface risks. Your impact includes delivering high-quality outcomes that advance clinical trial software, patient care, and clinician experiences. This is a hands-on, leadership-focused role for a technically fluent delivery leader who drives accountability and outcomes.

• Decompose cross-team initiatives into technically coherent work plans, understanding architecture, services, integrations and data flows
• Identify, map and drive resolution of cross-team dependencies across engineering, platforms and partners
• Participate in architecture and design discussions, challenge estimates and trade-offs
• Anticipate integration, environment and release risks and coordinate de-risking activities
• Bridge engineering realities and product/business outcomes for informed leadership decisions
• Own delivery of complex cross-functional initiatives from framing to value realization

• Maintain integrated delivery plans grounded in technical reality
• Manage resources and delivery plans with accountability to Delivery Director and Head of Delivery Excellence
• Ensure products are delivered with high quality and in compliance with SOPs and policies
• Use AI tools daily to generate status updates, analyze delivery data, draft communications and surface patterns




• Champion AI-assisted delivery practices and automate routine reporting
• Apply rigorous critical thinking to AI outputs and ensure accuracy
• Drive continuous planning and portfolio governance with Product and Engineering leadership
• Maintain a unified portfolio view and data-driven metrics to track delivery maturity
• Provide financial accountability: budgets, variances and resourcing decisions
• Partner with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, Design Leads and Customer Implementation Leads to align on delivery outcomes
• Negotiate cross-functional needs and maintain trusted relationships across teams
• Represent delivery in leadership forums with clarity and candor
• Lead a culture of delivery excellence and continuous improvement
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in program or delivery management delivering multi-team software initiatives
• 3+ years leading cross-functional programs in tech or digital products, preferably in regulated environments
• Demonstrable technical depth: read and reason about software architecture, xqbhyrx APIs, integrations, data flows, environments and CI/CD
• Hands-on background in software engineering, DevOps or related technical discipline
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and drive outcomes without formal authority
• Practical experience using AI-assisted tools (Claude, Copilot, GPT or similar) and ability to describe its impact
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to simplify complex technical topics
• Experience managing matrixed, global teams
• Bachelor’s degree required, technical or engineering discipline; advanced degree preferred
• Desired: experience in digital health, life sciences or regulated tech; knowledge of GxP, ICH GCP, FDA 21 CFR, GDPR
• Global delivery experience and budgets/resourcing management
• Prior hands-on software engineer or technical lead experience
