In this role you lead the strategy and execution for connectivity between our CRS and the global travel ecosystem. You own end-to-end product efforts across OTAs, GDS, metasearch, channel managers, and switch providers, partnering with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver a scalable, reliable API-driven platform. You will turn business needs into clear requirements and measure impact with data. This is your chance to shape hotel distribution connectivity and drive value for partners and hotels at scale. • Define and drive the channel management connectivity roadmap aligned with CRS strategy
• Prioritize initiatives using data, performance metrics, and stakeholder feedback
• Collaborate across teams to align product direction and communicate vision
• Influence enhancements and opportunities using market and customer insights
• Translate business needs into epics and features for agile teams
• Partner with Engineering to develop scalable, reliable APIs and improve performance
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements




• Work with hospitality providers to enhance distribution connectivity and revenue
• Define and evolve API standards, lifecycle management, and adoption processes
• Stay informed on industry trends to guide strategic decisions
• Lead continuous improvement through root-cause analysis and data-driven decisions
• Act as SME, supporting evaluation and implementation of product initiatives
Responsabilidades
• 7+ years of product management in hospitality technology, travel distribution, or connectivity
• Experience with CRS, Channel Managers, OTAs, GDS, switch connectivity
• Track record delivering complex integration or connectivity products with measurable impact
• Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, integration architecture, xqbhyrx and metrics
• Experience in Agile or SAFe environments
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
• Data-driven decision-making with KPI measurement
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of PMS and RMS, API lifecycle management, XML/REST APIs, BI or data visualization is a plus
• Strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and balancing technical and commercial priorities
