As Senior Game Designer for Mob Control, you drive the design and execution of new features and improvements in a key title. You partner with the Product Director to shape the unit’s strategy and roadmap, aiming to elevate Mob Control to a top midcore title. You’ll design core loops, meta systems, and monetization ideas, while collaborating with product, engineering, and art to deliver live releases. You’ll use player insights to boost retention, engagement, and IAP, contributing to the studio’s long-term vision and success.

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience in mobile midcore games (strategy, 4X, or similar); 10+ years is a strong plus
• Proven track record in gameplay design, balancing, and meta feature design
• Strong communication skills and ability to produce xqbhyrx clear design documentation
• Ability to absorb feedback with flexibility and no ego
• Ability to simplify and communicate complex systems
• Comfortable analyzing KPIs and player behavior to guide design decisions
• Passion for mobile midcore games and deep knowledge of market dynamics
