As an Industry Technical Consultant, you will troubleshoot complex client challenges and optimize water, wastewater, and cooling processes within the semiconductor sector. You’ll train technical audiences, quantify operational savings, and validate new technologies while supporting field teams and corporate sales efforts. The role blends chemistry, automation, and engineered solutions to demonstrate value and drive market opportunities. You will collaborate across Ru0026amp;D, marketing, and sales in Europe, traveling as needed to customer sites to deliver measurable impact.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex client problems in water treatment and cooling applications
• Train technical audiences and transfer knowledge to field teams
• Assess programs, recommend operational efficiency improvements, and quantify savings
• Support corporate account managers and sales reps with technical input for sales calls and presentations
• Research and define market and product opportunities and assist in marketing plan execution




• Collaborate with Ru0026D and Marketing on innovation projects from ideation to launch
• Lead innovation pilots, technical trials, and market trials
• Deliver value through problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration
• Facilitate training for associates and customers; coach others on processes and technologies
• Travel across Europe (50%+), remote work, and use company car as part of position
• Interact with clients to understand technology requirements and provide training on implemented systems
• Support technical sales opportunities by collaborating with field sales and corporate teams
• Ensure proper documentation and communication xqbhyrx of value propositions and savings from implemented solutions
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong technical knowledge of water treatment, cooling applications, and solutions
• 5+ years’ experience delivering technical solutions in customer-facing environments
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
