As an Advisory Solutions Engineer for real-time data streaming, you will act as a premier technical advisor to strategic enterprise accounts, owning the technical relationship and driving the technical win. You will architect tailored Confluent solutions on cloud-native architectures, bridging business pain points with product value. You’ll lead deep technical discovery, guide MEDDPICC-informed deal qualification, and manage PoCs/RFI/RFIs to prove low-latency streaming feasibility. You’ll collaborate across teams, share learnings, and mentor early-career engineers to accelerate customer success and adoption.

• Architect Confluent-based solutions (Confluent Cloud/Platform, Schema Registry, Kafka Connect, Flink SQL)
• Lead comprehensive technical discovery with high-value prospects




• Participate in MEDDPICC-based opportunity qualification with Account Executives
• Lead and manage PoCs/RFIs; customize Proofs of Technology to demonstrate Confluent value
• Collaborate cross-functionally; share architectural patterns and competitive insights
• Handle complex technical objections and act as escalation point for Kafka/Flink internals and connectors
Responsabilidades
• Streaming ecosystem xqbhyrx mastery (Apache Kafka internals, Confluent ecosystem)
• Strong stream processing with Apache Flink (state management, checkpointing, windowing, Flink SQL)
• Development proficiency in Java, Scala, or Python
• Cloud and containerized environments (AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes/Operators)
• Enterprise architecture knowledge including security frameworks and data governance
