As Infrastructure DevOps Engineer, you will automate and codify decentralized infrastructure across multiple countries. You will join the Infrastructure Engineering Team to industrialize operations, improve reliability, and enable observable systems. Your work enables scalable, secure infrastructure through automation, configuration as code, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role offers the chance to shape how ING delivers modern, high-impact infrastructure at scale, in a collaborative, knowledge‑sharing culture. You will drive continuous improvement and practical automation to support the bank's digital capabilities.

• Develop and maintain automated workflows using Python, FastAPI, Ansible and scripting
• Build and maintain Configuration as Code and Technical State as Code solutions
• Create reusable automation modules and APIs exposing automation capabilities
• Improve reliability of infrastructure platforms through testing, validation and orchestration




• Maintain and evolve monitoring, observability and alerting capabilities
• Collaborate with infrastructure, networking and security teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Support operational excellence through automation, standardization and codified documentation
Responsabilidades
• Experience in Infrastructure DevOps and automation environments
• Strong Python development skills and experience with FastAPI
• Solid knowledge of Ansible, Configuration as Code and Git workflows
• Linux administration and infrastructure xqbhyrx operations experience
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure, VMware and container deployments through pipelines
• Analytical mindset, strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement
• Knowledge of observability tools, networking fundamentals, CI pipelines or Windows Server administration is a plus
