As a Junior Agentic AI Engineer, you will help design and ship multi-agent systems that translate AI concepts into production value. You’ll work at the intersection of applied AI and production engineering to build agent architectures for complex, multi-stakeholder environments. The role blends experimentation with production discipline and requires clear communication to both engineering and business teams. You will contribute to evolving agent workflows using established frameworks, with a focus on measurable impact and reliability. This opportunity offers hands-on growth in a fast-moving, technology-forward culture shaping Telefónica’s AI capabilities.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Contribute to the design and implementation of multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines and tool-augmented workflows
• Develop conversational and agentic workflows using LangChain and LangGraph
• Integrate agent systems with enterprise data sources, APIs and external tools
• Instrument and monitor agent workflows with observability platforms to surface failures




• Write tests for prompts, tools, and multi-step workflows
• Contribute to automated evaluation pipelines and red-teaming exercises
• Link production traces to evaluation suites to improve robustness
• Document architectures, experiments and findings; participate in cross-functional meetings
Responsabilidades
• Proven hands-on experience designing and shipping LLM-based applications and agentic workflows
• Familiarity with LLM evaluation methodologies (LLM-as-a-judge, automated pipelines, red-teaming) xqbhyrx
• Solid Python skills with practical experience
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent
• Experience building RAG pipelines and integrating external tools and knowledge sources
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases and REST API development
• Software engineering fundamentals: Git, Docker, CI/CD and Agile
• Ability to communicate AI challenges, trade-offs, and solutions to non-technical audiences
• Full professional fluency in Spanish and English
