In this role you design and govern secure workplace solutions for Spain and Portugal, driving Zero Trust across endpoints, identities, and collaboration platforms. You will partner with IT, Risk, and business teams to shape a compliant, user-centric workplace. Your work protects data and enables modern technology-enabled operations in a multi-country environment. Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Define and maintain workplace security architecture standards and reference models, advancing Zero Trust adoption
• Design secure solutions for endpoints, device management, and remote access, and govern security controls for Microsoft 365 and collaboration platforms
• Oversee secure identity integration (Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, SSO) and lead data protection initiatives (DLP, information protection)
• Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and baselines; support risk assessments, exception management, and architecture reviews
• Serve as a trusted security advisor to IT, Architecture, Risk,



and business teams and present risks and recommendations to senior leadership
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in Workplace Security, EUC Security, Information Security Architecture, or related field
• Proven experience designing enterprise-scale workplace security in multi-country environments
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne; Microsoft Intune/UEM/MDM; Entra ID, AD, MFA, CA; Microsoft 365 Security, Purview, DLP, Defender for Office 365
• Experience with Zero Trust, SASE/SSE, and secure remote access architectures; vulnerability and patch management; application control
• Security governance, xqbhyrx risk management, policy development; familiarity with DORA, NIS2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, GDPR
• Fluent English mandatory; Spanish and/or Portuguese highly preferred
• Preferred certifications: CISSP, CCSP, TOGAF, SABSA; Microsoft Security Certifications (SC-300, MD-102, MS-102); experience in financial services or regulated industries
• Interest in Information Technology and Generative AI is valued
