In this role, you will act as a regulatory compliance expert to support client onboarding, product governance, and investment product launches. You will monitor and report on the effectiveness of our regulatory architecture and draft/com implement compliance plans, frameworks, and policies. You’ll advise on launches to ensure operations meet local rules, and you’ll develop a world-class compliance framework and training program while coordinating with regulators. This position plays a key part in sustaining a fast-growing, customer-centric fintech platform with strong regulatory maturity.

Responsabilidades
• Practical knowledge of MiFID II, UCITS, and MAR
• Experience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator
• xqbhyrx Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of regulatory gap analysis
• Familiarity with policy creation and implementation
• Understanding of the link between compliance risk and business risk
• Strong communication with regulators and internal teams
• Impeccable attention to detail and strong analytical and interpersonal skills
