In this role you will transform customer and market insights into scalable propositions and services across Europe, shaping product roadmaps and commercial priorities. You’ll lead European research programmes and turn data into actionable recommendations that inform marketing and propositions. Collaborating with European and London teams, you’ll ensure offerings are grounded in customer needs and market dynamics, driving growth and a strong customer experience.

• Shape and lead development of customer-centric propositions from insight to launch
• Design differentiated propositions and services that enhance customer experience beyond core insurance
• Partner with Underwriting, Marketing, Sales, Direct, Tech u0026 Change, Data and iHub to ensure feasibility and scalability
• Own European qualitative and quantitative insight programmes (surveys, trackers, NPS, Group reports)
• Lead end-to-end research design across Europe,
from framing to synthesis
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations informing propositions, marketing priorities and commercial focus
• Act as strategic partner to European and local teams to embed insight-led thinking
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment by articulating customer needs and value drivers
• Contribute to a European centre of excellence mindset with balance between shared standards and local relevance
Responsabilidades xqbhyrx
• 2-3 years' experience in insights (qualitative and quantitative) or product development/underwriting
• Experience managing agencies/consultants and benchmarking, NPS, campaign tests, and customer insights tools
• Strong strategic and operational marketing mindset
• Ability to simplify complexity and influence cross-functional teams
• Curious, proactive and impact-driven with a European mindset
• Fluent professional English
