In this role, you act as a premier technical advisor for strategic enterprise accounts, architecting real-time data streaming solutions and guiding technical wins. You will map business pain to Confluent value, lead deep technical discovery, and mentor junior engineers within a cloud-native, enterprise context. You collaborate across teams to shape architectures, resolve complex barriers, and advocate for customer outcomes in a general, innovation-driven environment.

• Streaming Ecosystem Mastery (Apache Kafka internals, Confluent Cloud, Schema Registry, Connectors, ksqlDB)
• Stream Processing u0026 Analytics with Apache Flink (stateful processing, checkpointing, windowing, Flink SQL)
• Development xqbhyrx in Java, Scala, or Python for event-driven apps
• Cloud provider ecosystems (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Operators)
• Enterprise Architecture u0026 Governance (security frameworks, data privacy, schema evolution)
• Persuasive communication across multiple personas (developers to executives)
• Competitive intelligence and commercial acumen (pricing, licensing, billing)
