In this role you will help evolve Ebury’s core transactional platform, focusing on multi-currency accounts, incoming funds, and outgoing payments. You will join a global engineering team to design scalable, resilient services and drive the next iteration of the platform. You will own system design, deployment, and production health under a strong ownership culture. This position offers the chance to shape cross-border payments and financial integrations at scale, within a collaborative, growth-focused fintech environment.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Architect and deliver the next iteration of the global platform to streamline cross-border payments and fund collections
• Own services end-to-end from design to deployment and production health
• Lead product initiatives with Product and Operations to translate financial requirements into technical solutions




• Mentor and coach engineers to uphold high standards and continuous learning
• Collaborate with distributed teams to design robust, modular services and components
Responsabilidades
• Proven track record designing and maintaining highly available software at scale
• Payments, fintech, or banking domain experience with understanding of transactional consistency and multi-currency handling
• Backend proficiency in at least one major language and comfort with the right xqbhyrx tool for the job
• Experience with distributed architectures, asynchronous messaging, and relational databases
• Production readiness skills including API design, external system integration, and observability
