You will drive value through data products within Roche’s PTE, shaping the data landscape for Pharma Technical Operations. You’ll own the product vision, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure governance and compliance, enabling better decision-making for patient care. This role blends business insight with technical leadership to deliver scalable, compliant data solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to balance speed, quality, and regulatory requirements in a globally impactful setting.

• Define and communicate product vision and roadmap for data products
• Lead data product development across ideation to deployment using Roche's IT/OT ecosystems
• Drive value delivery and prioritization with backlog management for scalable data products
• Ensure governance and compliance with data quality, privacy, and regulatory standards (e.g., GxP)
• Champion collaboration and mentoring among Data Product Owners and cross-functional teams
Responsabilidades
• 7+ years of agile experience delivering complex data solutions
• 4+ years as Product Owner or Data Analyst, preferably in pharma/healthcare
• Proven track record of xqbhyrx data management on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake)
• Strong understanding of data architectures, data modeling, data integration (data mesh, data warehousing), and SDLC/CSV
• Excellent ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and lead agile teams
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
