In this Growth Marketing Manager role, you drive profitable growth for Aon’s Human Capital solutions in Spain through data-driven campaigns. You’ll translate global strategies into local plans, collaborate with sales and leadership, and optimize programs to expand and retain clients. You’ll shape how regional efforts align with the one firm mindset, delivering measurable impact across the funnel. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with a strong emphasis on collaboration, analytics, and market localization.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Design and execute data-driven marketing programs to acquire, expand and retain clients in Spain
• Translate general/regional strategies into locally relevant plans and campaigns
• Advocate for Spanish market needs with regional/global teams to shape campaigns
• Run integrated campaigns (digital, email, events/webinars, partnerships) with sales and client leads
• Lead measurement and optimization using funnel metrics to inform next actions




• Adapt global content and thought leadership for Spanish audiences and provide enablement materials
• Collaborate with brand, regional marketing and local leaders to maintain a strong Spain presence
Responsabilidades
• Solid experience in B2B marketing, ideally in professional services or HR solutions
• Track record in integrated demand-generation and account-based marketing campaigns
• Strong analytical skills interpreting funnel metrics and campaign data
• Excellent collaboration and influencing skills with cross-functional stakeholders
• xqbhyrx Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, Dynamics or similar) and project management tools
• Comfort using AI-enabled tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot)
• Native Spanish speaker with full professional English
