In this role you will troubleshoot complex client challenges, train technical audiences, and identify operational improvements for water systems in data center and semiconductor contexts. You will support sales teams, validate new technologies, and translate technical insights into value for customers. You’ll collaborate with Ru0026amp;D and marketing on innovation initiatives and lead pilot studies to demonstrate impact. This is a remote European role with meaningful sustainability and growth opportunities, backed by a integral leader in industrial solutions.

• Lead root cause analysis to resolve application or best-practice concerns at sites
• Assess water treatment programs and quantify operational efficiency improvements
• Collaborate with Ru0026D/Marketing on innovation projects from ideation to launch
• Lead innovation pilots, technical trials, and market trials
• Provide training to associates/customers to build capability
• Coach colleagues on processes, technologies, and value documentation
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years in technical implementation, xqbhyrx production management, process engineering, technical sales, or field sales support
• Strong knowledge of water and wastewater treatment and solutions
• Valid driver's license and acceptable MVR
• Experience with complex chemistry, automation, digital, equipment, and engineered solutions (industry experience with Ecolab or similar)
