In this role, you will design new Delivery Stations and upgrade legacy sites, driving automation integrations and standardization across EU networks. You will partner with Operations, design, construction, and safety teams to deliver layouts that boost safety, quality, and cost efficiency. The role blends hands-on engineering with data-driven improvements and innovative problem solving to elevate the customer experience. A key hook is shaping EU logistics processes at scale through cross-functional collaboration and technology adoption.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Drive new site designs and upgrades from planning to execution, including automation integration
• Lead technology integration and standardization in EU-wide programs and products, owning layout integrations and optimizations




• Contribute to network standardization through best-practice sharing with EU counterparts
• Provide process expertise on engineering design, detailing material flow, conveyor positioning, equipment needs, and real estate implications
• Lead strategic initiatives to identify opportunities to improve processes and station designs, engaging xqbhyrx key stakeholders
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Experience in manufacturing, process, or industrial engineering
• Knowledge of project management tools
• Experience in reliability/maintenance environments
• Experience with Six Sigma, lean manufacturing
