As Technical Consultant in our Customer Operations team in Barcelona, you design and deliver data integration and AI-driven solutions, balancing architecture thinking with hands-on delivery. You’ll shape end-to-end data flows and AI pipelines, building agents and plugins to automate tasks and improve outcomes. You’ll work with customer IT teams in technical workshops, evolving into a lead role and coordinating across projects. This role offers growth in an international environment with impact on real customer outcomes and innovation in AI-driven supply chain planning.

• Design technical approaches for customer initiatives including data integration, AI pipelines, and data flows
• Build AI agents and plugins to automate data handling and accelerate configuration
• Engage with customer IT teams in technical workshops and integration sessions; progress toward lead role
• Manage technical workstreams across implementation projects and ongoing service
• Contribute to improving integration patterns and automation to simplify processes




Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent practical experience
• Hands-on coding skills: Python, SQL, REST APIs; fluent in at least one additional language (Shell, Java, Ruby)
• Strong interest in AI tools and practical exposure to AI agents or related projects
• Understanding of data integration concepts and data movement between systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, xqbhyrx ownership-oriented mindset
• Good communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences; fluent in Spanish and English
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical role with some customer-facing exposure
