As a Lawyer in Capgemini’s IP department, you advise business and local legal teams on copyright, trademarks, design rights and NTIC in a general setting. You will support IP licensing deals, draft IP-related contracts for Marketing, and assess assets from an IP perspective. You’ll manage parts of the Group’s IP portfolio and coordinate with external counsel on disputes. The role blends legal expertise with cross-functional collaboration to protect Capgemini’s assets and drive smart IP strategy.

• Conduct IP risk assessment and clearance (name clearance, OSS clearance, third-party clearance) for group assets
• Propose and define appropriate IP protection for assessed assets
• Manage part of the Group’s IP portfolio
• Handle disputes related to the Group’s soft IP rights with xqbhyrx external counsel
• Prepare and deliver IP/IT training for the business
Responsabilidades
• Master in Intellectual Property
• 3 to 6 years of IP experience in the legal department of an international company or a law firm
• Fluent in professional English (oral and written)
