In this role you support the FPu0026amp;A team and Finance, People and Product stakeholders by building financial and operational models, and creating actionable dashboards. You will manage the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and governance of the Pigment planning platform, ensuring smooth performance and accurate reporting. You will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analyses, and drive data integrations with core systems. This position offers autonomy to optimize planning processes and contribute to AI-enabled improvements in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Administer the Pigment planning platform day-to-day, including governance and maintenance
• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate feature rollouts with Pigment teams
• Lead build/maintenance of financial planning models (budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis)
• Develop dashboards/reports for Finance stakeholders with actionable insights
• Capture workforce planning and actuals reporting needs with FPu0026A and People divisions
• Serve as first point of contact for Finance/People tool queries
• Support rollout of new modules/features across business areas




• Assist in training end users and producing documentation/guides
• Co-lead data integrations between Pigment and systems (Workday FIN, Workday HCM, Data Warehouse)
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes and model efficiency (AI-driven configurations)
• Own internal security controls, user roles, permissions, change controls, and model documentation for audits and regulatory needs
Responsabilidades
• 2+ years hands-on experience with Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, or similar planning platforms
• Experience maintaining/developing reports, dashboards, and models in planning platforms
• Data analysis, SQL or similar querying, and dashboard creation
• Understanding xqbhyrx of data structures for operational KPIs and financial KPIs
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and ownership of tasks
• Conceptual thinking with clear communication; project management skills
• Fluent in English
