In this role you will design and own the software delivery architecture, build a scalable CI/CD platform, and automate deployment tasks. You will collaborate with QA, development, operations, and security to embed quality gates and improve delivery KPIs. You’ll act as a senior technical reference, unblock complex problems, and mentor engineers to raise the team’s capabilities. • Design and own the architecture of the software delivery flow including pipelines and quality gates
• Build and maintain the CI/CD platform to ensure reliability and scale with usage
• Automate operational and deployment tasks to reduce manual work
• Collaborate with QA to embed automated quality and performance gates
• Define and publish KPIs showing platform impact on productivity and efficiency
• Serve as senior technical reference to unblock problems and set engineering standards




• Mentor mid-level and junior engineers and support their growth
• Work with development, operations and security to remove friction and improve delivery
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years building and operating CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with GitHub Actions, GitHub/GitLab CI, or Jenkins
• Hands-on design of software delivery platforms or distributed systems at scale
• Strong knowledge of containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible or equivalent)
• Experience with at least one major xqbhyrx public cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• Developer background with understanding of applications
• Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences
• Professional working English and Spanish
