In this role you will join the Finance team within Division Services to support FPu0026amp;A and regional controllers with financial analysis and reporting. You will drive reporting automation and BI solutions, contribute to month-end closes, and oversee divisional cost and CAPEX monitoring. You’ll collaborate globally to ensure accurate reporting packages and budgeting processes, enabling informed decision making and continuous improvement. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Deliver comprehensive financial information for management decision making to the Division FPu0026A and regional controllers
• Develop reports in Tagetik and drive BI solutions (QlikSense and SharePoint) to automate processes
• Perform month-end closing with analysis of actuals vs budget and forecast
• Ensure timely submission of legal entity reporting packages and support reporting queries
• Act as the services division point of contact for Tagetik reporting and provide training to entities worldwide
• Handle ad-hoc reporting to improve understanding of division financials
• Contribute to monthly MIS presentations
• Monitor HQ Cost Centers and CAPEX spending
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes and cash forecasting
Responsabilidades
• Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Accounting, Finance or Controlling
• Three years' experience in financial analysis or controlling in a corporate finance setting
• Good knowledge xqbhyrx of Tagetik and experience in report building
• Advanced Excel modelling skills and strong PowerPoint knowledge
• Experience with SAP (FI/CO) and business applications tools
• Analytical with high energy to drive results
• Strong problem solving, prioritization, and time management
• Fluency in English
