In this role you will analyze ERP and supply chain data to support demand planning and production decisions, and develop Power BI dashboards for the SIOP team. You will actively facilitate the monthly SIOP cycle, preparing data-driven materials for cross-functional review meetings. You will drive visibility into forecast accuracy, inventory, and service levels to help optimize supply chain performance. This position offers the chance to influence planning at scale within a leading general pool equipment company.

• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for SIOP and Supply Chain teams
• Analyze data from ERP systems to support demand planning, inventory, and production planning
• Track and report KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory levels, service level,



and supply performance
• Support and facilitate the monthly SIOP cycle, including preparing materials and leading data-driven review meetings
• Identify risks, trends, and opportunities across the supply chain
Responsabilidades
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis (within supply chain or operations is a plus)
• Strong Power BI xqbhyrx experience (DAX, data models, dashboards)
• Understanding of supply chain processes (demand, inventory, production, logistics) is a plus
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics, or similar)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Fluent in English
• Comfortable presenting data and leading meetings in a cross-functional environment
