In this role you will lead advanced cybersecurity engagements to strengthen client security postures across cloud, identity, and infrastructure domains. You’ll translate complex findings into actionable remediation and work closely with CISOs and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. You contribute to the evolution of methodologies and accelerators while guiding teams through end-to-end delivery. This position offers a chance to shape security strategy for demanding environments within a integral IT services leader.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Lead and deliver cybersecurity consulting engagements (security assessments, CTEM, threat modeling, threat intelligence, cyber deception)
• Act as technical and delivery lead for security assessment projects with quality and timely execution
• Define approaches, methodologies, work plans, deliverables for advanced services
• Conduct security assessments across cloud, hybrid, on-premise, application, infrastructure, identity, and security operations
• Identify weaknesses, attack paths, and remediation priorities, translating findings into actionable plans
• Lead CTEM initiatives including exposure discovery, validation, remediation tracking, and continuous improvement of client security posture
• Design and assess cyber deception strategies and integration with security operations
• Lead threat modeling activities for architectures and critical processes
• Support threat intelligence initiatives by turning intelligence into security improvements and detections




• Collaborate with stakeholders (CISOs, security teams, architecture, infrastructure, cloud, SOC, engineering)
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, mentor consultants, and ensure methodological consistency
• Produce technical and executive deliverables (reports, maturity evaluations, threat models, CTEM roadmaps, remediation plans)
• Support pre-sales activities with scope definition, estimations, and client workshops
• Stay updated on threats and best practices to apply them in engagements
• Contribute to cybersecurity methodologies, reusable assets, and delivery standards
• Stay aligned with growth of cybersecurity consulting capabilities through knowledge sharing
Responsabilidades
• 7+ years in cybersecurity services, security consulting, or related domains
• Experience leading cybersecurity projects, coordinating delivery teams, and managing client stakeholders
• Strong xqbhyrx knowledge of MITRE ATTu0026CK, NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, OWASP; ability to translate findings into business-relevant actions
• Experience across cloud, identity, infrastructure security, threat intelligence, detection, vulnerability management, and security operations
• Ability to lead workshops, executive presentations, and client interviews
• Autonomy, analytical rigor, strong communication, and delivery orientation
• Experience mentoring consultants and ensuring quality across projects
• Spanish and English language proficiency (B2+)
