In this role you support senior bankers to advance energy and infrastructure deals across Iberia and the wider EMEA region. You will build and review complex financial models, contribute to credit and information memoranda, and assist with deal documentation to enable sustainable project financing. You work within a multicultural team to deliver tailored capital solutions and help drive growth in the Real Assets space. This is a hands-on, impact-oriented position with a clear path to client-facing deliverables.

• Assist with legal documentation related to term sheets and financing agreements
• Support internal rating, profitability analysis and KYC onboarding processes
• Prepare screening memos, commercial proposals and preliminary debt-sizing analyses
Responsabilidades
• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or Law; strong academic record
• At least 18 months of experience in investment, xqbhyrx corporate or commercial banking, or credit analysis
• Proficiency in Excel with solid financial-modelling skills; VBA experience is a plus
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
• Team-working spirit in multicultural, versátil environments
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
