In this role you support and optimize IT infrastructure and end-user environments across locations. You will work with cross-functional IT teams to implement and maintain Windows-based systems, Microsoft 365, and enterprise services, driving incident resolution and IT improvements. You’ll participate in upgrades, migrations, and deployments, advising on solutions that meet business needs. This position offers international collaboration and the opportunity to shape resilient IT operations in a global context.

• Provide 2nd level technical support for IT systems, infrastructure, applications, and end-user environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across Windows systems, servers, endpoints, networks, and business applications
• Install, configure, maintain, and administer desktops, laptops, servers and IT equipment
• Manage and support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, endpoint management tools, and related services
• Participate in IT infrastructure projects including upgrades, migrations, hardware refreshes, software rollouts and process improvements
• Evaluate, design, and implement IT solutions aligned with business needs and internal standards
• Advise internal stakeholders on IT solutions, equipment, system integration, and technical requirements
• Develop, implement, and maintain IT standards, documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles




• Collaborate with local and integral IT teams, vendors, and external service providers
• Act as an escalation point for complex issues and support continuous improvement
• Provide remote support for systems, applications, and installations across locations as needed
Responsabilidades
• Previous experience as System Engineer, IT Infrastructure Engineer, Desktop Engineer, IT Support Engineer, or similar
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, and enterprise IT environments
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and basic network troubleshooting
• Experience with endpoint management, software deployment, patching, user administration, and device configuration
• Ability to xqbhyrx troubleshoot complex technical issues independently and provide clear solutions
• Experience with ticketing systems, incident management, and ITIL-based processes
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Good documentation skills and attention to detail
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work in an international environment and collaborate with local and remote teams
• Criminal record extract not older than three months
