As a Treasury Analyst at Perk, you will own core cash management activities and FX hedging within a fast-paced, tech-forward environment. You’ll liaise with banks, manage liquidity across currencies, and drive automation to reduce manual work. You will deliver a monthly treasury dashboard linking cash, FX exposure, forecasting, and KPIs, contributing to scalable financial operations. This role combines financial rigor with an entrepreneurial mindset to redefine treasury in an AI-native setting.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Control liquidity across accounts and currencies, ensuring funds are placed appropriately
• Execute short-term borrowing and investments
• Manage operating FX hedging and ensure alignment with terms
• Implement long-term FX hedging strategy per policy
• Oversee bank guarantees and liaise with banks for requests
• Serve as primary contact with banks and stakeholders for cash management activities (KYC, new accounts,



online banking)
• Audit processes and lead automation/improvement of manual tasks
• Provide monthly treasury dashboard with cash, KPIs, forecasts, and FX exposure
• Support ad-hoc treasury projects
Responsabilidades
• 2+ years of treasury analysis experience
• Strong analytical skills with ability to propose alternatives
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Strong English and Spanish communication skills
• Advanced xqbhyrx MS Excel
• Experience with treasury management solutions (ION Reval)
• Experience supporting multi-entity, multi-currency cash management across jurisdictions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
