In this role you act as the central hub for coordinating decentralized automation within the Data Intelligence u0026amp; AI Governance group. You ensure scalable, maintainable automation that accelerates team workflows and supports technical upskilling. You bridge research desks with leadership, govern distributed tools, and translate technical wins into business value for executives. You’ll drive adoption of reusable modules, robust governance, and clear impact storytelling to the wider department.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Strategic coordination and consolidation of automation efforts; maintain a registry and identify overlapping work to consolidate into reusable modules
• Governance and quality assurance; oversee code reviews, deployment processes, versioning, and Definition of Done standards across distributed tools




• Impact visibility and reporting; build tools to track impact metrics and translate wins into business value for leadership during demos
• Stakeholder and matrix management; partner with Research Managers to protect technical time and navigate priorities in a fast-paced environment
Responsabilidades
• Proven project leadership across multiple stakeholders and complex technical initiatives
• Experience in code review practices, SQL optimization, and enforcing software quality standards
• Delivery-focused with an Agile mindset and ability to communicate xqbhyrx technical information to engineers and executives
• Preferred: architectural oversight, requirements gathering, reusable technical modules or ETL pipelines, and data-visualization for dashboards
