In this role you drive onboarding and ongoing customer success for Signaturit Group, ensuring smooth integration and long-term value realization. You will manage multi-disciplinary projects, align internal teams, and monitor adoption and retention to support growth. You’ll act as the customer advocate, translating feedback into product improvements while tracking success metrics. This position offers the chance to shape scalable onboarding and drive cross-functional impact in a fast-evolving SaaS environment.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead the implementation of company solutions for new customers, ensuring successful onboarding
• Analyze and optimize onboarding projects from functional and technical perspectives
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Development, and Support to meet milestones
• Identify and mitigate risks during project execution
• Provide regular status updates and results to stakeholders




• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships post-onboarding
• Monitor product engagement and share best practices to improve adoption
• Track success metrics and offer data-driven recommendations
• Identify upsell opportunities and support retention to reduce churn
Responsabilidades
• 2-3 years in project management, process management, or customer success in SaaS or consulting
• Bachelor in Business Administration xqbhyrx (minimum) (degree could be extended by certifications in Agile/Lean)
• Fluent in Spanish and English; French a plus
• Experience with CRM/analytics platforms; familiarity with data-driven reporting
