In this strategic role, you will shape and execute talent and organizational development strategies for the EMEA u0026amp; Latam region, aligning regional priorities with global Talent u0026amp; OD frameworks. You will partner with regional leaders, HR BPs, and Centers of Excellence to build leadership capability, drive organizational effectiveness, and support workforce planning. Your work acts as a change agent to embed a culture of continuous development and high performance that accelerates growth and operational excellence. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with a strong strategic impact and global collaboration.

• Develop regional talent strategy and execute initiatives aligned with regional priorities and global frameworks
• Identify critical regional talent needs and capability gaps with regional leaders
• Design and deliver leadership development programs tailored to regional context
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to adapt localization of leadership initiatives
• Support organizational design, transformation, Mu0026A, and change initiatives to enhance agility and engagement
• Lead workforce planning and talent reviews with HRBPs and business leaders
• Provide insights from regional talent analytics and market trends to inform decisions
• Stakeholder management:



build partnerships with regional leaders, HR teams, and global OD CoEs
• Oversee regional execution of talent programs (succession, performance, engagement) and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure governance and compliance with global Talent u0026 OD policies; report progress to senior leadership
Responsabilidades
• 10+ years in talent management, organizational development, or HR business partnering in regional, multi-country contexts
• Proven ability to align talent strategies with regional business priorities in sales-driven environments
• Experience designing and delivering leadership development for diverse regional contexts
• Track record in organizational design, change initiatives, and cultural transformation xqbhyrx
• Skilled in workforce planning, talent reviews, and leveraging analytics for insights
• Excellent interpersonal, influencing, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong ability to build trusted partnerships across leaders, HR teams, and integral CoEs
• Understanding of regional market dynamics and cultural nuances within EMEA and Latam
• Experience managing multiple talent initiatives simultaneously with timely delivery
• Proficiency with HRIS (SuccessFactors), talent management platforms, and data analytics tools
