As a mid-senior DevOps Engineer, you will maintain and scale our Kubernetes-based infrastructure while improving automation and observability. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, secure cloud infrastructure and champion best DevOps practices. You’ll shape infrastructure as code, monitor system health, and streamline deployment pipelines in a fast-growing, international environment.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Manage and advance Kubernetes clusters (10+ EKS)
• Develop and maintain Helm charts for modular deployments
• Implement Terraform modularization and IaC best practices
• Oversee AWS resources and cloud operations
• Build and administer observability using Prometheus and Grafana
• Create and maintain dashboards and alerts; manage logs with Loki
• Script automation using Python and/or shell scripting
• Monitor infrastructure performance and reliability
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate solutions and improvements
Responsabilidades




• Experience with Kubernetes management and development
• Proven helm development
• SDL approach and structured mindset for DevOps tasks and code
• Encourage best practices for software development in DevOps tasks
• Terraform knowledge (modularization, best practices)
• Experience in observability (Prometheus/Grafana)
• AWS knowledge
• Be open to receiving constructive feedback
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate ideas and solutions to stakeholders

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Fluent English level
• Nice to have: Python development experience
