In this role you own the quality strategy for a high-scale card processing platform. You will design sensors and CI/CD quality flows that balance AI-assisted development with human judgment to raise the team’s overall quality bar. You’ll improve end-to-end tests for core payment flows and ensure alignment between AI-generated and human-authored code. You partner across the team to close coverage gaps, validate system resilience, and maintain traceable audit trails. This is a mission-driven opportunity to shape reliable, compliant fintech infrastructure at scale.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Design and implement layered quality sensors across the CI/CD pipeline, including static analysis and AI-driven reviews
• Maintain and extend end-to-end test suites for payment flows (card authorisation, clearing/settlement, tokenisation, 3D Secure)
• Review pull requests for test intent alignment to guarantee parity between AI and human code quality
• Identify test coverage gaps and prioritise by risk and potential customer impact




• Build load testing and performance validation frameworks
• Collaborate on quality strategy to raise the bar without gatekeeping
• Explore chaos engineering approaches to validate system resilience
• Contribute to audit-trail thinking ensuring generated diffs and suppressed checks are traceable and defensible
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in software engineering with strong focus on quality and testing (equivalence partitioning, boundary analysis, risk-based prioritization)
• Proficiency in Go (or strong xqbhyrx willingness to learn)
• Demonstrated AI fluency and ability to judge AI outputs
• Experience testing RESTful APIs and event-driven systems
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerisation, and infrastructure-as-code
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to trace bugs back to the spec
• Comfort with regulated environments and audit trails/data classification
• Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Excellent communication skills with mentoring capability
